About Wiley
John Wiley & Sons, Inc. is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians. Learning activities are designed to foster a dialogue between faculty and participants, which will broaden the participants’ experience. Practical demonstrations of techniques and technology are integrated into the program whenever appropriate. Emphasis is placed on the practical application of current knowledge to one’s practice and research. Activities are targeted to a worldwide physician (primary care and specialist) audience. We welcome participation of other health professionals involved in health care delivery.
The faculty, authors, and/or editors for each CME activity consist of internationally recognized authorities, with excellent communication skills, who will design and deliver content focusing on the latest developments in the understanding of disease mechanisms, diagnosis, and treatments.
Wiley seeks to consistently develop new and innovative teaching and instructional pathways, such as internet searching and online learning activities, which will complement our more traditional journal-based and live activity development and production and will better enable the company to accomplish its goal of physician education.
